UK Customers –
If you wish to collect in person, select 'I have a gift voucher or promo code' on the Order Summary page during checkout, then enter COLLECT in the voucher code box, the postage charge will be removed. YOU MUST PAY FOR YOUR ORDER BEFORE COLLECTION, OR PAY BY CARD UPON COLLECTION (NO CASH OR CHEQUES ACCEPTED). SOCIAL DISTANCING RULES MUST BE ADHERED TO.
if you select Standard delivery,
orders in parcels will normally be sent by Royal Mail RM48 Tracked service (up to 2kg), (Parcelforce 48 or multiple Tracked 48 over 2kg),
orders in envelopes (ie.accessories) will normally be sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed-for service.
If your cart total is less than £16.50 (Parcels) or £20 (envelopes) we will mail your order untracked using 2nd Class or RM48 Service.
If you select Express delivery,
orders will normally be sent by Royal Mail RM24 Tracked or 1st Class Signed-for service (up to 2kg), (Parcelforce 24 or multiple 1st Class Signed over 2kg),
If your cart total is less than £10 (Parcels) or £20 (envelopes) we will mail your order using 1st Class or RM24 Service.
If you select Special Delivery,-
orders will normally be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Working Day service (up to 2kg, Parcelforce AM or multiple SD ND over 2kg). nb. Working Day does not include Saturdays or Sundays.
If you prefer us to use a Courier Service such as MyHermes to try and save on postage, please contact us before ordering so we can arrange a quote and send you instructions on how to proceed. We do not recommend or endorse any courier service.
BFPO Customers –
Please check out using the Purchase Order payment option and we will work out the correct BFPO postage and email you a Paypal invoice.
We are happy for customers to call and collect items to save on postage - simply select 'collect in person' as your delivery option
Overseas Customers –
AS FROM May 1st 2021 WE HAVE TO SHIP ALL OVERSEAS ORDERS AT PARCEL RATES
THIS IS BECAUSE OF REGULATIONS IN THE DESTINATION COUNTRIES, NOT THE UK
IT MEANS THAT PAINT MASKS, PHOTOETCH AND DECALS WILL NOW LOOK VERY EXPENSIVE TO SHIP
We normally use Royal Mail International Tracked (or Tracked and Signed) delivery for orders of £20 or more (excluding tax)
For orders under £20 (excluding tax), European residents and residents of selected other countries (accessories and parcels <300g only) can opt to use Standard or Priority AIRMAIL using Royal Mail International Priority service
We will usually post items within 1 working days of cleared payment. Please allow 5 working days for cheque payments to clear. WORKING DAYS ARE MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY EXCEPT BANK HOLIDAYS
We calculate recorded postage based on the weight of the items in the cart, up to a maximum of 20kg (2kg BFPO and overseas).
If the weight of items is more than this, the postage will be set to £99.99.
If this happens, please email us before attempting to check out so we can calculate the best option for postage.
Some items are too large by volume to ship by normal airmail, even though they are below 2kg in weight. In this instance the overseas postage will have a surcharge of up to £99 applied.

We reserve the right to refuse to ship an order if the wrong postage has been charged. In this circumstance, we will invoice the customer for the extra delivery charge required and allow the customer to cancel at no cost if the charge is unacceptable.
