The Cromwell tank was the penultimate British Cruiser tank of WW2 and it provided the British army with their own fast, reliable tank with respectable firepower and armour. Powered by the 600bhp Rolls Meteor engine, the Cromwell was capable of 40mph, making it the fastest mass produced medium tank of WW2. However, the speed was later governed to 32mph, to reduced wear on the tracks and suspension. It proved to be a fairly successful tank and paved the way for the even better Comet.

IBG are a Polish manufacturer, who make some excellent model kits. This kit looks like an exceptionally high quality product. It's well moulded and highly detailed, it looks like the level of detail would still be high for some larger scale kits. The kit includes decals for several vehicles and a few photo etch metal parts.
