Packaging / Delivery
Packaging / Extra Packaging
When packing individual kits, we will open the box and wrap the sprues in bubble-wrap. For large kits in sturdy boxes, we will then bubble-wrap the outside of the box before enclosing in brown wrapping paper. Smaller kits and kits in less sturdy boxes will be posted within another box.
For orders of multiple kits where the boxes are sturdy and the same size we will wrap internally as above, then bind the boxes together with bubble-wrap and then brown paper.
For orders of multiple kits where the boxes are less sturdy or sizes are different, we will not wrap internally as above but place the boxes inside a larger box complete with internal packing to give protection and minimise movement.
These methods usually prevent transit damage but are not guaranteed to.
If additional packaging is required (enclosing the kit(s) inside another box regardless of number or size) then please request an invoice and tell us that you want extra packaging. This may well increase the p&p charges as boxes are heavier than bubble-wrap.
Accessories will normally be sent in a board-backed or padded envelope dependant on size and number, but if bought with a kit will be placed inside the kit box.
We endeavour to despatch orders within 24 working hours of receiving payment. If we cannot achieve this, we will let you know.
For UK customers, we offer a choice of Royal Mail delivery services from 2nd Class (48 hour) through to Special Delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse to ship an order if the wrong postage has been charged. In this circumstance, we will invoice the customer for the extra delivery charge required and allow the customer to cancel at no cost if the charge is unacceptable.
We are happy for people to collect items to avoid postal costs.
If you wish to collect any items from us, please select 'Collect in Person' as your delivery method and email us to arrange when you are going to collect.
Late / Lost / Damaged Orders
We generally use 2nd Class (48 hr) Post which Royal Mail aspires to deliver within 3 working days of posting.
For Overseas customers we use Airmail which Royal Mail aspires to deliver within 5 working days of posting.
If your order has not arrived within these timescales please let us know.
However, Royal Mail does not accept that a package is lost until a further 15 working days (25 for overseas orders) have elapsed so there will be a further delay before we can take some further action, other than helping to track down a package.
We would ask any customer affected to please be patient during this time.
If your order is damaged in transit please let us know and we will work with you to effect an acceptable solution.
Refunds and Returns
If you wish to return an item, you must inform us by email within 14 days of receipt, stating the reason.
You must then return the goods within 14 days.
Refunds may be reduced or refused for goods which are returned damaged.
We strongly recommend using a recorded delivery method for returns as we will not accept liability for returns which go missing in the post.
We will not refund any return postage charges.
Model Kits need to be assembled which requires an appropriate level of skill. You will also need adhesive (glue) and (optionally) paints to finish the model in a realistic colour scheme.
NONE OF OUR MODEL KITS INCLUDE GLUE OR PAINT UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED.
